Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager / Cluster Sales Manager / Sales Executive shall be responsible for driving revenue
growth across all business verticals by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, nurturing
existing relationships, and ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Generate new business leads across assigned territories.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, industries, hotels, institutions, schools, hospitals, event organizers, and government departments.
• Promote all products and services under the M.B. Sweets & Caterers portfolio.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Identify potential wedding venues, banquet partners, event planners, and hospitality
partners.
• Secure catering contracts for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and large gatherings.
• Generate bulk orders for sweets, dairy products, bakery products, and festive gifting.
• Promote hotel room bookings, banquet bookings, and restaurant reservations.
• Develop B2B dealer and distributor networks for sweets, bakery, and dairy products.
• Build strategic relationships with HR departments, procurement teams, administration heads, purchase managers, facility management companies, and corporate decision-makers.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain complete records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities within the company's CRM system.
• Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, food expos, business forums, and promotional campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
•Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat
business.
