We’re Hiring Sales – Executive

Location: Noida Sector - 63

At DROPDASH, we’re redefining the dropshipping landscape by connecting trusted suppliers with D2C brands and e-commerce entrepreneurs worldwide. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales - Executive to strengthen client partnerships and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and convert leads from e-commerce sellers, Shopify stores, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, influencers, and dropshipping businesses.

• Promote our end-to-end dropshipping logistics services — warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, last-mile delivery, and COD services.

• Understand client store models, product categories, order volumes, and pain points to offer tailored logistics solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and retention.

• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and longterm partnerships.

• Track e-commerce, dropshipping, and logistics trends to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment centers, courier/cargo, or SaaS for online sellers.

• Understanding of dropshipping workflows (order routing, inventory sync, shipping partners, returns).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain logistics processes to beginners (new sellers/dropshippers).

• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
