Job Description
Tarun Bharat Sangh is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual to fill the position of an Executive- Research and Communications who will ensure the organization's responsibilities are carried out effectively on the ground and in the office. Designation: Executive- Research and Communications
Nature of work: Office & Field based
Base Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
CTC: 3 Lakh per annum
Preference: Candidate who can join immediately

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the designing and development of project reports/proposals and other requisites.
• Assist in the research work and recommend areas of intervention/ improvement
• Assist in managing MIS of the projects
• Managing partner’s communication and reporting
• Develop new and expand existing relationships with the partners
• Supervise and monitor the field team according to project objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate actions required; provide recommendation for senior leadership.
• Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Post- Graduate in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Humanities/ Sustainability or any other relevant field.
• Fresher candidates are allowed to apply.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good documentation and analytical skills (MIS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong computer skills with excellent command over MS Excel, Word and Power-point, photo and video editing tools.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
