Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
Oversee surveillance operations, including the monitoring of CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Lead and coordinate loss prevention initiatives to minimize theft, fraud, or other security incidents.
Supervise security staff, providing training on surveillance techniques, emergency response, and loss prevention measures.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external coordination.
Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations for reporting purposes.
Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices to enhance organizational safety measures.
Experience
Proven background in law enforcement or related security fields with a strong understanding of surveillance systems and CCTV operation.
Experience in loss prevention strategies within corporate or retail environments is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead security teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with investigative procedures and working closely with law enforcement agencies is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidentiality. This position is integral to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization, requiring professionalism, vigilance, and leadership qualities from the successful candidate.
