Job Description
Position - Procurement and Operations Executive
Location - Navi Mumbai Turbhe (Onsite)
Who Are We
Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2026.
Procurement
What we want you to do
• Source and procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
• Evaluate bids and quotations to ensure best value for money
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
Operations
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize processes
• Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain
• Identify and implement process improvements
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement and operations
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Postgraduate degree or certification in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience in a similar industry or sector
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
