Job Description
Role : Performance Marketing Executive
Experience : 1-2 years
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in executing digital campaigns aimed at lead generation, website traffic, reach, and impressions, along with online customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, and a basic understanding of SEO will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns with objectives including lead generation, website traffic, reach, and impressions
• Run and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and impression quality
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with brand solutions, content, and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building etc.
• Generate and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, optimizations, and actionable next steps
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience with campaigns focused on lead generation, traffic, reach, and brand visibility
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or similar tools)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Ahrefs is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
