We've exciting opportunity for a OTC Billing Executive for Pune location.
We are looking for Immediate or 15 days joiners only
❑ Responsible for the daily timely and accurate and effective processing, of relationship customer (Key Account, National & FM) orders received from Field Sales and Operations within SLA
❑ To process customer billing for relationship customers in line with customer specific billing requirements.
❑ Interaction with key stakeholders: Field Sales/Account Managers and Dorctors and Operational teams
❑ Ensuring compliance to all audit requirements
❑ Sending e-billing invoices to customers ❑ Uploading invoices to customer portals within SLA
❑ Pricing and managing the Dockets on hold, liaising with service dept and National Account Managers
❑ Processing credit notes, and re-invoicing
❑ Customer contract maintenance updates
Key Accountabilities
❑ To provide customer satisfaction through the participation in an efficient and responsive processing environment
❑ To foster effective working relationships with stakeholders within the business.
❑ Provide feedback to branch operation managers where requests cannot be processed
❑ Ensure correct set up of installation billing for close outs with respect to signaling connections and renewal of service contracts
❑ Ensure JCI financial and customer-imposed deadlines are met.
❑ To develop best practice for the order acceptance and invoicing process so that queries, errors and omissions are minimized.
❑ Ensure presentation of installation and service invoices is appropriate to the customer requirements and sufficient detail is supplied to facilitate payment
❑ To maintain responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirement
Person Specification
❑ High level of competency in communication and interpersonal skills
❑ Self motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and to demonstrate an active approach
❑ Ability to work in effective teams and work under pressure within deadlines ❑ Learning/Change Agility: eagerness to continuously review delivery of services to ensure delivery is always optimum.
❑ A positive person, who looks for opportunity to achieve
Experience
❑ 2-3 years experience working on strategic/key customers in a processing or accounts environment
❑ Experience to working in a dynamic organization and environment
❑ Demonstrates a successful track record of achievements in a similar function in a global organization
❑ Organizational understanding and business awareness
❑ Experience within a busy environment where deadlines are critical
