Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Operations Manager to represent the founder of the company and oversee all operations within the organisation. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless project execution, and contributing to the overall success of our agency. The ideal candidate will have the freedom to choose and make decisions for the right team needed in the organisation to make things work smoothly, in addition to a deep understanding of digital marketing operations, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining open and positive communication.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and results.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of digital marketing professionals.
• Exercise autonomy in selecting and building a team that complements the agency's goals.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive innovation and productivity.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for continuous skill development.
Operational Excellence:
• Streamline and optimize internal operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service.
Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute the company's strategic vision.
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement within the agency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay competitive.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to the sales process.
• Develop and execute client retention strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Communication and Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and the executive team
