FOR INTERNATIONAL / DOMESTIC PACKAGE DIVISION : -
Taking care of outbound / domestic tour sales.Taking care of outbound / domestic tour operation.Handling queries.Selling International / domestic destinations holiday packages including flight booking, hotel reservation, insurance etc.Attending to customer queries for Hotel through emails and phones callsSending Proposals for Hotels , Preparing Itineraries for Holiday packages.Experience with travel & tourism industry and corporate sales are preferable. Develop domestic and international packages suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clientsConverse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.Book transportation and hotel reservations, using computer terminal or telephone.Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.Handle day to day tour operation.Company offers excellent working environment.
FOR INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKETING : -
Has Full knowledge of Amadeus.Can handle Reservation independently.Thorough knowledge of Routing & Pricing.Has knowledge of all International Sectors.Capable to handle Counter sales & Corporate reservations.
FOR VISA : -
Looking for an experienced person to handle sales & operations for the VISA department.Should have a proven track record.Past experience in handling Visa and destination knowledge are key requirements.Should have Good & productive relation with different VFS.

FOR MICE : - Looking for an experienced person to handle sales & operations for the MICE department, mainly in corporate incentive travel.Should have a proven track record and relationships with Corporate Companies.Ideal candidates must be able to Generate Sales from Corporate Houses.Past experience in handling MICE movements and destination knowledge are key requirements.Should have Good Corporate Clientele.Executives : - Must possess at-least 1 to 3 years of MICE & Corporate sales selling experience. Knowledge of Travel Field must.Managers : - Must possess at-least 3 to 4 years of MICE & Corporate sales selling experience regarding Tours & Travels of Corporates.Senior Manager : - Must possess at-least 5 to 8 years of MICE & Corporate sales selling experience regarding Tours & Travels of Corporates. Should able to handle the Corporate Division of the Organization independently.Key tasks include preparing quotations and destination options, coordinating and negotiation with suppliers and DMCs and ensuring smooth travel and event arrangements for the clients.A smart worker with the go getter attitude.Knowledge of FIT/GIT/ Air tickets/ Hotel room Booking/ On line Booking / Events / Incentives / Out bound / Domestic/ International Tour & travel Packages a added advantage.
Educational Tours : -
Must have sound knowledge of Study tours.Must be knowing both Domestic & International Study tour Packages.Must have contacts in Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutes...

Accountant : -

Must have good knowledge of WinYatra ( Travel Accounts Software )

Good knowledge of Tally Software

Command on GST, TDS

Knows MS Office

Minimum 2 years Experience
