CD designs immersive environments using light and sound mediums to create live experiences for the 21st century. With over 55 years of experience in audio and lighting solutions through its parent company, Chopra's, CD works with clients and collaborators across India and abroad, in Jaipur and Dubai. CD creates captivating experiences in various settings, including concerts, theme parks, nightclubs, auditoriums, hotels and residences.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur. As an Executive Manager (Architecture + Engineering) at Chopra's Designs, you will work closely with senior management, clients and team members to lead and oversee the design and execution of projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing the projects that fall under the architecture and engineering domains, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timely delivery. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication channels, project schedules, and supporting the team to ensure their success.
Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and/or Engineering or a related field is required. Higher education is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Architecture and Engineering is preferred
• Experience in managing projects from design and development to production, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work on-time and on-budget
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities and adapt to changing situations
• Familiarity with relevant software applications and platforms in the architecture and/or engineering fields
• Agility in problem-solving and decision-making, especially during a fast-paced environment
