Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Deputy Chief Executive/Directorr System Stewardship. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the achievement of the Ministry's vision to eliminate Family Violence and ****** Violence in Aotearoa New Zealand.
In this role, you will lead a Directorate, ensuring aligned strategy, policy, investment, insights, and performance across the system. You will drive strategic direction, ensure the long-term sustainability and health of the system, and strengthen relationships with IEB agencies and their DCEs to achieve greater collaboration and collective outcomes.
You will also offer thought leadership on the shifts needed to mature the performance of the IEB. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and politically savvy experience working with Ministers and understanding the Machinery of Government.
