Job Description
Role: Associate – Investment Banking (valuations)
Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Analyse company’s financials and conduct in dept market and industry research.
2. Create and maintain a database to supplement publicly available and company provided information.
3. Good communication skills to work closely with clients, private equity funds etc to arrive at an accurate valuation for target companies under various sectors.
4. Model values using the market, income and cost approaches, including DCF, Comparable company and transaction methods.
5. Prepare reports detailing research conclusions and summarizing values to be delivered to the clients
Eligilibility: CA’s or MBA Finance
