Job Description
Role & Responsibility:
Recruitment:
• Ensure completion of the Job Description when the requisition is raised
• Identify the right channels for which the job posting has to be done.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Assist the interview process, conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process,
• Responsible for on-boarding and induction of the new joinees.
• Providing a great on-boarding experience to New Joiners.
• Drive the buddy program for New Joiners.
Employee Engagement:
• Responsible to facilitate the committee member to implement events and engagement program
• Facilitating the reward and recognition program.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Engaging with employees on 1:1 and gauging the pulse of employees on the floor.
Grievance Management:
• Address employee grievances in regard to leaves, shifts, peers, managers, inter dept conflicts.
Payroll:
• Ensuring closure of attendance inputs in a timely manner.
• Providing all the required documents for payroll processing.
• Timely submission of inputs for statutory compliances.
Operations:
• Employee paperwork filing to be done on time and shared.
• Provide data for HR Reports.
What You Will Bring:
2- 3 years working experience
Should be well verse in MS Office, Excel, PPT & Word
Good knowledge on HR Process and Basic knowledge of Labour Laws
