Job Description
Below are the details :
• Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• ï'
• Must have good knowledge of Time Keeping Function in shift (process knowledge of attendance, overtime, on duty etc) ï'
• Must have exposure in Contract labour management. ï'
• Active participation for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping. ï'
• Should have good knowledge of Contract management, Vendor management, Transport management, Canteen Management, Security Management, Scrap Management, Stationary Management ((Collecting requisition and order), ï'
• Assist in accommodation for new joinee & their transportation ï'
• Asset Management of site locations ï'
• Liasoning and co-ordination with various departments. ï'
• Must be ready to work in shift schedule. ï'
• Day to day coordination with Driver for shift schedule and transportation. ï'
• Should strictly follow the entry, exit process, change room process & discipline in the plant. ï'
• Exposure in GMP & BSCI compliance will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies Required :
- ï'· Thorough knowledge of administration process at manufacturing plant ï'· Must worked in Manufacturing industries ï'· Excellent written and verbal communication ï'· Must have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work on several administration assignments at one time. ï'· Minimum 2 years of experience in Plant HR & Admin function.
