Support the Corporate HR function in handling HR creating frameworks and MIS, reporting for HR processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR MIS and prepare regular reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, etc.). Create and maintain formats, trackers, and SOPs for PMS, L&D, recruitment, and other HR processes. Support implementation and standardization of HR policies and processes. Prepare management presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Coordinate with Corporate and Plant HR teams for data and updates. Skills Required: Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint HR MIS & reporting experience Ability to structure processes and documentation Good analytical and coordination skills Experience & Qualification: 13 years in HR MIS / HR Operations Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
