Role & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high quality experience is provided to all patientsCoordinate with all clinics:For maintaining medicine inventory (from Order taking to delivery to the clinic) on monthly basis.For maintaining Products inventory (from Order taking, to delivery and collection of payments) on monthly basis.Coordinate with Accounts team to finalize monthly remittance statements and Income statements for each partner across Pan India.Responsible for Data Management i.e. Doctors Agreements, Security Cheques and other documentsMaintain Partners contract renewal data in coordination with Operations team.Assist in compiling and maintaining P&L of Franchise divisionResponsible for preparing Review meeting reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)Coordinate with franchise partners to make business plan and share progress informationTracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step aheadCoordinate with support functions at HO.
Skills:
Good Excel knowledge (Formula base)Must be a smart individual with good common sense and solution oriented approachGood in Power point presentationExcellent communication skills language.
