Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring B2C Orders by Warehouse: Oversee and manage the status of B2C orders across various warehouses, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment.
• Delivery TAT Tracking and Escalation: Ensure on-time delivery of orders and escalate delays as necessary.
• Aged Orders Management: Identify delayed orders beyond standard timelines and follow up with warehouse teams for resolution.
