Role Description This is a full-time role as an Executive in the Customer Success Department at Legistify, located in Gurugram. As an Executive in the Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by providing excellent support and assistance. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant solutions and guidance. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and help them achieve success in using our legal management suite. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred • Understanding of legal processes and knowledge of legal technology is a plus
