The Executive Customer Service Contract Admin assists the Aftermarket Sales Team and Contract Admin Team in the complete quote to cash process. This involves processing Contract quotes, placing sales orders and booking service contracts in Oracle in a timely and accurate manner. Managing various systems including SFDC Oracle. Working closely when required with various internal departments in the support of the contract admin team.

This position is part of the EMEAI Customer Service Team and will be located in Mumbai.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Assisting Aftermarket Sales and Contract Admin in the creation of quotes for Service Contracts in a timely manner and according to the rules and guidelines given. The booking of service contracts ensuring accuracy of customer data and following the process through to delivery and invoicing.
Working with all departments including finance to ensure accurate customer data is used in all quote contract correspondence including payment terms, billing plans and invoicing. Managing internal and external invoice processes including E-billing.
Working closely with all internal departments to support the smooth running of Contract admin processes and supporting where needed all aspects of the India Customer Service team. Including the update of Oracle and SFDC systems to assist with accurate pipeline and forecasting.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Order Management and similar
Strong Customer Centricity and Compliance Champion on a same level
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle and SFDC an advantage
