What you’ll do
WORK FROM HOME
- Should have laptop/desktop and System Configuration Required: i3 processor and above, Windows 10 and above, 4 GB RAM and above, Minimum 7 MBPS internet speed.
Profile : Customer Care Executive
Location : PAN INDIA
Qualification : Only Graduate
1 Year of experience in any call center/customer service voice
Good communication skills
Role and Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Shift Time: 8 AM - + PM (Any + Hours Shift )
Week Offs: 2 Days
