Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive CAD Executive who will be responsible for calling existing and potential clients, sharing stock market updates, and coordinating with the internal sales/advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and coordination
• Share updates regarding stock market products, services, and offers
• Maintain and update client database regularly
• Coordinate between clients and advisory/sales team
• Handle basic client queries and escalate when required
• Ensure proper documentation of calls and client feedback
Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of stock market / trading terminology
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling preferred)
