Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) India team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Business Administrator. This role will support the GM, Human Resource, India and partners closely with the Business Manager and HR India team to ensure the business is set up for success.The Executive Business Administrator will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple, time-sensitive priorities, and work in a demanding and high paced environment. You’ll also begin to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations.You will support the planning and coordination of events, as well as help determine other event needs. You’ll also carry out various projects and tasks with little to no supervision.You will analyse simple data to assist leadership in decision makingYou will oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting.Resource management including hardware/supply management, purchase/expense management.You’ll also understand and help implement rhythm of business (ROB).You will maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements. You’ll also provide travel arrangements and may create itineraries for daily activities.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications 5 years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)OR equivalent experience. 2 years experience serving as mentor to others. 3 years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
