This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant, providing vital support to our Managing Director (MD) and Senior Management Team (SMT), driving strategic success while ensuring operational efficiency.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in enabling the MD and SMT to focus on strategic priorities by managing administrative, HR, and operational tasks.
You will act as a central point of contact, bridging communication between TCS employees and internal Dawsongroup departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support, acting as the primary point of contact for the MD, handling queries, correspondence, and prioritizing tasks.
• Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
• Manage confidential matters, including annual commission and salary reviews.
• Arrange and book travel and accommodation for the MD and SMT.
• Offer daily support to the SMT as needed.
HR Support
• Oversee onboarding processes for new starters and serve as the first point of contact for any HR-related queries.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
