Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: West Mumbai

Reporting to: Senior VP- Sales
Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing day-to-day tasks, supporting the Senior VP, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting and coordinating with internal teams to track the team activities and milestones.
· Managing and assisting on operations and tracking team performance, and reporting to the Senior VP
· Monitor the performance of both internal and external service providers and provide timely updates to the Senior VP
· Organise and manage the schedules, appointments, and calendars of the Senior VP
· Assist leadership with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
· Take minutes during meetings with the Senior VP , prepare summary reports, and track action items.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or EA roles
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
