Job Description
To manage the entire digital interaction of company. Updating regular updates about company on digital network. To give leads to respective departments of company based on the digital interaction.
Update mail/phone directories & categorization of contacts. To send greetings to key people
Attending meetings with key management. Making minutes of meeting. Co-ordinating with the company team after assignment regarding progress. - Conduct analysis of existing work flow at regular intervals and initiate to set up new processes and systems and implement it.
Serve as point person for office staff, sales teams, clients, and vendors to ensure proper lines of communication. Effective coordination with all departments to ensure completion of work and provide executive-level administrative support to all the departments and staff in office.
Making Job descriptions and scheduling interviews of candidates. Managing HR issues of office team.
Data Management: Collation of discussion material, compiling MIS. Create highly effective organizational and filing systems. Maintain filing and information systems (electronic and hard copy) ensuring archive material is safe and can be speedily retrieved (both official & personal)
Manage office operations to ensure efficient office environment. Regular maintenance of Office infrastructure, Office Premise, Technology products etc. Managing of multiple administrative projects, analyze it regularly and monitor progress to ensure that deadlines are met. Conduct in-depth business-development research and compile results for review to the management.
Handling personal work of company’s directors and family: All types of payment utilities, chequebook maintenance, bank account statements etc.
Essential computer skills: - Word, Excel ,PPT , Internet browsing.
Confidentiality of job, good team work, Time management and organization skills
