Job Description
Calendar Management
Efficiently manage and prioritize executive schedules, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to avoid conflicts Regularly update executive calendars with necessary changes .
2. Communication and Correspondence
Handle executive-level calls, emails, and messages with appropriate filtering and responses
Draft professional documents, presentations, and reports
Maintain proper communication records and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Meeting Coordination
Organize internal/external meetings, events, and conferences Prepare meeting materials and maintain accurate minutes
Follow up on actionable items to ensure timely completion
4. Project Support
Assist in task tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting
Conduct research and provide information for decision-making Work with project teams to ensure deadlines are met
5. Administrative Support
Handle document management, filing, and data entry
Support in tracking expenses, budgeting, and procurement
Maintain confidentiality and follow internal protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
