Executive Assistant, Investment Banking, West End
£55,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you a confident EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking?
And do you thrive working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment?
Are you approachable, composed and able to build relationships at all levels?
A global investment bank is looking for a First Class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team.
Hybrid 4:1.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
• Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
• Inbox management/gatekeeping
• Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
• Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
• Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
• Creating and editing reports and presentations
The skills you need to bring:
• Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking is essential
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills
