Job Description
Role Responsibilities
• Interface with internal and external customers and visitors (including visitors from the Group) to the Head of HR&rsquos office.
• Plan and schedule the workflow within the unit.
• Organize and schedule internal and external appointments.
• Provide administrative support in terms of handling, processing, storage and retrieval of documents / correspondence.
• Contribute effectively to the smooth functioning of the Head of HR&rsquos office.
• Facilitate maintenance of a routine follow-up schedule on critical issues requiring implementation.
• Help track customer queries / complaint resolution.
• Logistical support in arranging meetings, offsites etc for HR
• Contribute effectively to the smooth functioning of the Head HR&rsquos office.

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
