Fixed Salary - Between 25000 to 35000 per month

Requirements : (Married FEMALE with kids - This is a mandate)
• Experience as executive assistant or similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting
• Knowledge of technical vocabulary of general industry
• Organizational and time management skills
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Degree in business administration of relative field
• Commitment of at least an year on paper

Responsibilities :
• Maintain Calender, arrange meetings and appointments and providing reminders
• Make travel plans and arrangements
• Handle confidential documents
• Develop documentation and filing system
• Maintain electronic and paper records
• Receive and answer mails and calls
• Manage employee database
• monitor office supplies
• Should be open to do the personal tasks as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Benefits:
• Cell phone reimbursement
• Paid sick time

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• Secretarial work: 3 years (Required)
