Job Description
This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, high-velocity environments. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential. Over time, you will build deep, trusting partnerships with leaders and their teams, creating opportunities for increased responsibility and special projects.
Key job responsibilities
Own and manage complex executive calendars across global time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring leaders are prepared for engagements
Coordinate domestic and international travel, crafting detailed itineraries that optimize time and productivity
Conceptualize and execute team events ranging from social gatherings to large-scale staff meetings and leadership offsites
Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and drive follow-up on action items
Work closely with leadership to provide real-time prioritization of business activities
Exercise sound judgment when handling confidential matters and communications
Manage expense reporting, space planning, and ad hoc project coordination
Build collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants across AGS and the broader AWS organization
Lead process improvements that increase operational efficiency
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience leading process improvements
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience working with large global teams
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
