Person must be highly Proficient in all Micro-soft tools,esp
Outlook; Concur, Ariba, Zoom technology, Slack etc
Looking for a quick learner/adapter with a strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple requests get them done on time and accurately with minimum follow ups from executives; exhibits a sense of urgency, competence and great attention to detail; a strong can do and positive professional attitude who is accessible
Must have relevant prior experience supporting executives of large companies preferably in institutional lines of business
Strong ability to roll with changes, employ quick thinking and find solutions
Ability to support broader business teams as well on smaller asks

Coordinate meetings and conferences with internal and external sources

Handles all invoices and documents requiring signatures

Job Description

Provide administrative support to three managers, which may also include the staff within their department.

Provide Department/Division administrative activities such as Maintain up to date calendar activity for management, coordinate all travel arrangements and expenses, staff meetings and offsites, client event coordination.
