Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Diploma Architect/ Civil provides both architectural – design, technical and documentation support to the FINISHES team. Creating “Design and Details” for various projects of design and GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION documentation to enable executions of Finishes projects which includes all types of Flooring, Wall claddings, Counter tops, Sanitary ware, Internal partitions (Doors etc.) & Ceilings (Wood, Glass & Others) works in coordination with cross functional teams with adherence to highest safety & quality standards within specified timelines and cost.
This person will be a part of the FINISHES team helping to create, design and assist stakeholders on projects across a diverse set of GMR properties and environments.
ORGANISATION CHART
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The main responsibilities will include:
• Assist in review of concept and detailed designs and drawings submitted by the consultant and provide input to HOD for discussion and resolution.
• Assist in reviewing of Design layouts , Details, Material Specifications and work methodologies for special floorings, carpeting & explore latest products and technologies for finishes.
• Support resolving design conflicts and maintain design approval management systems.
• Conformity to standards and project specifications.
• Assist in preparation of draft tender drawings, specification and BOQ for HOD approval.
• Assist internal team & procurement team in vendor evaluation and technical evaluation of the bids, Provide Commercial inputs for price realization.
• Timely closure of delegated deliverables.
• Assist in development and implementation of detailed construction schedule (design development to Handing over) as per agreed timelines.
• Assist in “Design and Details” for Execution of all types of flooring , Dado, counter tops, sanitary ware & CP fittings, Partitions and other interface works as per the quality & cost parameters specified in the contract as per agreed timelines.

CAPEX worth at least 20 Crs.

• Managing Multiple Vendors and their staff
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in architecture, interior design, or related field.
• Preference to knowledge of BIM.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3DS Max, MS Office, Presentations on PowerPoint, Adobe CS and AutoCAD.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/ or Education.
