Position Details
The University of Lethbridge Facilities office is seeking a full-time, continuing role as an Executive and Administrative Support 7.

The main duties are to provide administrative support for the Associate Vice-President. The position provides administrative support for the Facilities Department, which includes answering general inquiries, providing front reception, parking cover off, monitoring the internal work-request system, data entry, coordinating quarterly Government reports pulled from VFA (Alberta Infrastructure), booking meetings, taking minutes, filing, photocopying, coordinating budget reports, planning travel for Facilities Managers, Computerized Maintenance Management System administration, cover off Campus Mobility/Events and other administrative duties as assigned.

The employee will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with the University community.

Position Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a high traffic office and a deadline-driven environment. As a result, the position demands proven administrative experience, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Teamwork is essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, as well as experience with Internet browsers (e.g., Explorer or Safari) and email. The candidate must be able to maintain effective working relationships with the University community and the general public.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.

Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$3,741.00 - $4,163.00 monthly

Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)
$3,741.00 - $4,584.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 7)
