Your Impact in This Role
In this role, you will report to the VP of Product Design and support three Vice Presidents, playing a crucial part in our evolving customer service strategies. You'll help drive insights and actions that benefit our customers and business, all while collaborating with industry leaders to carve your career path within risk and analytics on #TeamAmex.
• Manage complex calendars with integrity, coordinating across senior business partners in various locations and time zones.
• Arrange meeting spaces and coordinate video and audio conferencing for team meetings and events.
• Book international travel itineraries, utilizing American Express travel booking tools and preferred vendors.
• Prepare and process expense reports timely; track invoices, review submitted expenses, and identify any policy violations.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including workstations, computing equipment, and HR administration.
• Assist with payroll duties and organization charts, while collaborating with other Executive Assistants on company-wide events.
• Support confidential special projects as needed.
• Engage in employee initiatives and operational excellence projects to foster a thriving workplace.
• Plan and organize events, manage supplies, assist with on-floor inquiries, and greet guests.
Required Qualifications
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated maturity in prioritizing the responsibilities of a VP office.
• Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and keep sensitive information confidential.
• A genuine team player who is reliable and motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook, necessary for working with VPs' communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Familiarity with American Express applications like Concur Expense Management, Ariba Buyer, eHR, Payroll, Brassring, and IT Service Catalog is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
