Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Facility Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Office Facility: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, including managing utility operations, maintenance requirements, and equipment.
Transportation & Travel Arrangement: You will organize travel logistics for internal employees traveling from other cities and arrange daily cab travel arrangements as per routes and employee locations.
Administration & Operations: You will oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office, manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements, and manage IT assets and records.
Site Operation: You will visit project sites twice a week and as needed, extend working hours to monitor operations and address staff concerns. You will also prepare purchase orders in D365 received from vendors, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
Senior Management Assistance: You will support senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
HR Support: You will assist with engagement activities and onboarding checklists.
