Execution & Logistic Operator

An opportunity is available for an Execution & Logistic Operator. The position is focussed on the execution of containers and bulk vessels.

Responsibilities
• Handle day to day execution tasks of cocoa, coffee and grains by all transport modes on basis ex works / FOB/CIF/C&F from various origins worldwide to multiple destinations worldwide.
• Check/Match terms and conditions of commercial contracts
• Follow contract positions of purchases and sales
• Take care of logistics and planning from A to Z including freight booking for coasters, handymax, panamax, trucks, and container shipments, in cooperation with our transportation team.
• Deal with daily correspondence/communication with clients and service providers
• Execute Letters of Credit
• Calculate Laytimes
• Send all relevant invoices and debit/credit notes in coordination with the accounting team

Your Profile
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of execution & logistics
• Good language skills in English and another language is a plus
• Good knowledge of standard contracts like Gafta, FCC, BCA etc.
• Sound knowledge in software applications like Microsoft office
• Responsible, structured, swift and accurate way of working
• Sound communication skills as well as strong ability to work in a team
• Highly motivated
• Someone hands on approach
