✅ Role 1: AR Caller (Voice / Semi-Voice – US Healthcare)

Job Details:
• Interact with US insurance companies via calls regarding claim status
• Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution
• Handle denials and work on claim resubmissions
• Maintain accurate updates in the system

Shift Timings:
• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹18,000 take-home salary
• 2-way cab facility provided

Eligibility:
• Graduates only: BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, BSc, BHM
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with night shifts and voice process

✅ Role 2: Medical Billing / Coding (Non-Voice)
Job Details:
• Review and process medical claims accurately
• Work on billing, coding, and charge entry
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Maintain accuracy and meet productivity targets
• Coordinate internally for claim processing

Shift Timings:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹15,000 take-home salary
• No cab facility

Eligibility:
• Graduates only: BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc
• Good communication skills

Additional Requirements:
• Freshers only (No Postgraduates, Bpharma, Mpharma and life science background.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced US healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
