Job Description
Hiring for EVS Teacher for Grade-5
Core Responsibilities
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach fundamental environmental and basic science concepts (e.g., natural resources, ecosystems, human body systems, and basic civic duties) using curriculum frameworks.
• Experiential Learning: Design hands-on experiments, interactive group projects, and field visits to make abstract concepts relatable and engaging.
• Lesson Planning: Develop age-appropriate daily lesson plans, worksheets, and visual aids aligned with learning objectives.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE), including quizzes, assignments, and term exams.
• Inclusive Education: Create a safe, positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and caters to diverse learning styles.
• Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on student development through Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and progress reports
