Client Relationship Manager-SMM
About The Role
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
• Resolving their complaints quickly and efficiently.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized.
• Communicate with various departments about any changes to the project plan. In addition, you have to organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to clients.
Qualifications
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Experience in social media management
Minimum Experience : 2 years
Salary per month : 25k-35k
Location : Indore
