Job Title- Sr. Executive- Sales & Operations - Events Waste Management, Hasiru Dala Innovations Private Limited

Job Description:

Reports to: Head of Events Waste Management

Overall Responsibility:

Responsible for anchoring and generating leads for events waste management services of Hasiru Dala Innovations. Will be accountable for executing the services when needed at the event.

Specific Responsibility:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets on a month on month basis
• Design and implement a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of any new services and competition status
• Coordination with the operations team to execute the event, if needed overall monitoring of the event.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or operations, consistently meeting or exceeding targets( preferably in the event management line of work)
• Committed to continuous learning
• Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Should have the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent team management and people management skills
• Ability to work with people from various social and economic back grounds
• Language fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
