Qualifications
Bacehelor´s degree In Tourism or Business Administration
Experience, compentencies and aptitudes
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events (conferences, meetings, product launches, etc.)
Strong budgeting, negotiation, and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Valid Passport and Ability to Travel
Up to 25% travel for onsite event execution
Proficient in Spanish
Knowledge of Direct Selling Industry

Responsibilities
The EVENTS COORDINATOR NAM will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing a variety of high-energy events to support our corporate and field team
From product launches and training sessions to regional conferences and incentive trips, you'll be responsible for every aspect, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees
With a keen focus on brand cohesion, and creative thinking, the ideal candidate drives results and supports key business objectives through strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Assist in the development and execution of event strategies that align with corporate goals and branding, under the guidance of senior management
Coordinate event budgets, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and obtaining approvals as needed
Support the creation of detailed event proposals, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
Coordinate logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodation
Assist in securing venues, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics for all events
Support the selection, communication, and management of vendors for services such as catering, A/V, and entertainment
Assist with event registration processes, including tracking ticket sales and maintaining reporting
Help update and manage events website and event calendar in collaboration with the team
Oversee inventory management of event materials, ensuring proper ordering, packing, and shipping as required
Support on-site event operations, including set-up, staff scheduling, and event breakdown under the direction of a manager or supervisor
Assist in collecting and analyzing post-event data to measure success and suggest areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, leadership) to ensure events meet business objectives, with guidance from senior staff

Academic Requirements
