As part of our APAC Partnerships Team, we run high-profile events and stakeholder engagements that strengthen relationships and drive sector innovation.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the delivery of key strategic events – including the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC), the largest conference of its kind in Australia.
This is a full time permanent opportunity. Melbourne is our preference, but we are open to other locations across Australia for the right fit.
You will play a key role in
You will play a key role in:
Shaping and delivering the AIEC program in close collaboration with our partners and professional conference organisers.
Taking the lead on logistics and coordination for a variety of internal and external events across the APAC region, including webinars, advisory panels, board meetings, and more.
This role is ideal for someone with
Strong experience in event or conference coordination
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
The ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A strong eye for detail and content quality
Familiarity with event software, CRMs, and reporting tools Read more
