About Us:
The Open Slate by Radhika is a leading experiential marketing agency specializing in brand consultation, digital marketing, innovative campaigns, influencer marketing, event curation, and content creation.
Position: Events and Influencer Marketing Executive
We're seeking a creative and dynamic professional to plan and execute exceptional brand experiences and manage influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute innovative events and influencer marketing campaigns
2. Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and influencer relationships
3. Develop and implement influencer outreach strategies
4. Monitor and report on campaign performance and event success metrics
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences
6. Stay updated on industry trends in event management and influencer marketing
7. Assist in content creation for social media and influencer collaborations
8. Contribute to client proposals and pitch presentations
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event management and/or influencer marketing, or brand experiences
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Basic email communication abilities and strong language command
7. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
