Responsibilities
As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution
Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and achieve revenue targets
Identify potential event opportunities and actively pursue new business
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution
Manage the entire event planning process, including timelines, budgets, and logistics
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions
Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and handle all aspects of event sales agreements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of all event sales activities and provide regular reports to management
Train and mentor junior event sales team members to improve their skills and performance
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and increase brand awareness
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns
Monitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times
