Job Description
Craftworld Events Private Limited is pleased to inform that we have urgent opening for the post of Senior Event Operations Manager.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri).
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• To work closely with client servicing and production team for deliverables.
• Should understand thoroughly about corporate events, ATL and BTL Background.
• From understanding and working on brief, event planning, coordination.
• Handling vendors to venue management.
• Monitor production, events and all the necessary activities to resolve issues.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Source venues, third-party vendors, and talent for all aspects of event activations
• Build and oversee budget.
• Work with internal teams on creative and design.
• Create event materials such as run of show timelines, contact lists, deliverables, shot lists, and other documents pertinent for event.
• Manage event planning staff and team members on-site with clear roles and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned.
