Job Description
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct visits to schools and corporate offices to introduce Book My Party's event-planning services
2. Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of our event planning services, emphasizing the unique offerings and advantages
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, corporate HR personnel, and other relevant stakeholders
4. Listen attentively to client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their event planning needs
5. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of events, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly
6. Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and customer satisfaction
7. Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional contacts and promote Book My Party's services
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements
+. Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance event management and communication skills
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Jun'24 and 1+th Jul'24
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR ₹ 10,000-12,000 /month
