Duration: 4-6 Months Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 + Incentives & Allowances

We are WiserStack, an AI-powered hospitality SaaS startup founded by IIM Bangalore graduates. Our product, DigiCount.ai, is revolutionizing the events industry with cutting-edge AI technology to enhance banquet revenues & guest experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel and banquet operations, working across corporate and social events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, set up, and monitor our apparatus at live events across hotels and banquets.
• Troubleshoot any issues on-site and coordinate with other teams for quick resolution.
• Engage with venue managers and guests to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide feedback from events to improve guest experiences and enhance product performance.
• Work primarily during evenings and weekends, with events typically ending around midnight.
• Ensure timely attendance and professional grooming during events.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Hotel Management students or graduates with a preference for those with front office or F&B service experience.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
• Prior internship experience (minimum 3 months) is strongly preferred.
• Self-driven, passionate about startups or interested in starting a venture in the future.
• Own commute and laptop required for event-related tasks.
• Comfortable working non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends).
