Job description
• Banqueting & Event Management:
• Coordinate seamless F&B service for events across Lawn
• Manage setup and service flow within the Banquet Hall
• Oversee guest experiences at unique site features
• Kitchen & Operations Coordination:
• Liaise closely with the Executive Chef to manage production.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise, train, and schedule a diverse team of captains, servers, and outdoor catering staff.
• Ensure all staff adhere to grooming and service protocols for high-end hospitality.
• Quality & Financial Control:
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all food handling and storage areas.
• Monitor F&B inventories, reduce wastage, and manage departmental budgets to hit revenue targets.
• Oversee the F&B requirements for guests staying in the on-site Rooms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Event Intern
Location: Gurugram (Sector 27), Hybrid

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Intern to support our sales team in client acquisition, lead generation, and business development activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B event sales and corporate client management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in lead generation and database management
• Support client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Coordinate with the operations team for client requirements
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors

Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in sales, marketing, and event management
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Duration: 3 months

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
