Duties
Welcome guests warmly and guide them through event activities, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and venue management to maintain operational excellence
Oversee guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality
Lead and develop team members, providing clear managerial communication and fostering a collaborative environment
Implement safety protocols, including water safety instructions, CPR, AED operation, and first aid procedures when necessary
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure all event components run smoothly and meet standards of excellence
Requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly at all levels
Knowledge of facilities management, operational procedures, and venue setup best practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
