HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Event Helpers to support weekend events, including promotional activities, conferences, exhibitions, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and dismantling event materials, signage, and equipment.

Distribute promotional items or merchandise to attendees.

Handle basic logistics such as managing water stations, refreshments, or material handouts.
•
Ensure the event space remains clean, organized, and guest-friendly.

Respond to guest inquiries with a helpful and friendly attitude.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Polite, energetic, and service-oriented.

Basic proficiency in English or the local language.

Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, depending on the event schedule.
